Falstaff Magazin (01-2004) Medium yellow, smoky notes, some lime zest, full-bodied and fresh, conveys the bouquet of an absolutely perfectly ripe champagne, fine structure, has substance and a wonderful drinking flow, maybe the 90s will develop in this fantastic direction one day.

Dom Pérignon is a legendary vintage champagne in France. In 1668, a young monk Dom Pierre Pérignon,moved the mission to create the "world's best wine". Such ambition revealed in this young monk thirty years ago, a visionary and extraordinary audacity. The engagement of Dom Perignon is that all the Champagnes must be produced only with the harvest of the same year. 

The productions of Dom Pérignon were very popular at that time. When Dom Pérignon died, the price dropped somewhat, but not its popularity. The 1921 vintage is unquestionably the best vintage. Dom Pérignon champagnes are very long aging.
