Château Pavie
Château Pavie is a Bordeaux wine estate. It is one of the most renowned châteaux of Saint Emilion. Its expertise and reputation earned it the rank of Premier Grand Cru Classé B. However, Gérard Perse's arrival at Pavie in 1998 marked the beginning of a remarkable leap forward, now unanimously recognized by the wine world. In 2012, Château Pavie reached the top of the classification among the Premiers Grands Crus classés A.
Pavie has all the qualities of a Saint Emilion grand cru: power, richness, elegance, complexity as well as aging potential that spans decades. Among the finest vintages, we recommend Château Pavie 1970, Château Pavie 1982, Pavie 1989, and Château Pavie 2002.

In Bordeaux, it is now established that the vine was first planted in the Saint Emilion region in the 4th century on the slopes of Pavie and Ausone. However, it wasn't until the 19th century that Pavie's true wine-making vocation truly took shape.
