Domaine Jean Michel Gerin

The estate Gerin is located in Ampuis in the Rhône Valley. Founded in 1983, Gerin estate produces its wines in Côte Rôtie appellation. In 1987,  the first bottle was produced thanks to the takeover of the family estate (the vines of Marcel Gerin and Alfred Gerin, grandfather and father).

The Gerin estate produces many great wines with growing notoriety, such as La Landonne and Les Grandes Places under the Côte-Rôtie appellation.

Today, the estate extends over nearly 17 hectares, and the two sons of the family, Michaël and Alexis, who currently run the estate, still have many challenges to take up, particularly viticulture. In 2020, the estate made the decision to embark on the conversion to organic farming.
