Domaine les Aurelles
The Domaine Les Aurelles, located 30km from the Mediterranean Sea between Montpellier and Béziers, benefits from a temperate climate due to its proximity to the Massif Central. Created in 1995, a bioclimatic cellar was built in 2001 and soil and vine-friendly cultivation practices were implemented in 2005.
The vines are planted on hillsides on ancient Quaternary terraces covered with rounded pebbles. They also benefit from basaltic scree which, rich in minerals, forges part of the personality of the domain's wines. The wines are fruity, indulgent and spicy with aromas of black fruits, grapes and silky tannins.
