1893 Wine
The 1893 vintage, an early but high-quality vintage. In Bordeaux, it was an extraordinary year. Ideal weather conditions with a beautiful spring season: warm weather and early flowering. As a result, the grapes reached maturity very early and were harvested in mid-August. The wines are generally of good quality in this vintage. The old 1893 ports are very successful.
