Perrier-Jouët is a Champagne house founded in Épernay in 1811 by Pierre Nicolas Perrier and his wife Rose Adélaide Jouët. The Perrier-Jouët house is known for its brut champagne wine and its prestigious “Belle Époque” cuvée, also called “Fleur de Champagne”. This renowned cuvée is available in rosé Champagne, Blancs de blancs and Brut. The vineyard extends over 65 hectares of vines with different grape varieties Pinot meunier (37%), Pinot noir (63%). The Blanc de Blancs Belle Époque offers a nose marked by grilled reduction and dried fruits, and a fleshy and voluminous mouth.
