Perrier-Jouët is a Champagne house founded in Épernay in 1811 by Pierre Nicolas Perrier and his wife Rose Adélaide Jouët. The house of Perrier-Jouët is known for its brut champagne and its prestigious cuvée "Belle Époque" also called "Fleur de Champagne". This highly renowned cuvée comes in rosé Champagne, Blancs de blancs and Brut. The vineyard extends over 65 hectares of vines with different grape varieties Pinot Meunier (37%), Pinot Noir (63%).

The Belle Époque blanc de blancs offers a nose marked by toasted reduction and dried fruits, and a fleshy and voluminous palate.

Chardonnay, a floral and feminine grape variety, the one of elegance and finesse, is the distinctive signature of Perrier-Jouët vineyards, with a strong presence of aged vines (23 years average age). The delicacy and elegance of this grape variety reveal truly exceptional finesse, fruitiness and bouquet. The Perrier-Jouët vineyard extends over a homogeneous terroir with nearly 40 hectares of Chardonnay, located in the Grands Crus of Cramant and Avize.
