In the heart of the Côte des Blancs, in Avize, the Pascal Agrapart Champagne House has embodied since 1894 the elegance of Champagne from the Grand Cru terroirs of Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, cultivated with passion. Led since 1984 by Pascal Agrapart, now supported by his son Ambroise, the estate perpetuates a family tradition combining expertise and respect for nature.
Adopting a "Burgundian" approach to soils and "Champagne-style" vinification, it aims for the authentic expression of terroir. Pascal Agrapart is a pioneer of deep plowing, even using horses, forcing the roots to draw essential minerals.
His champagnes are distinguished by their great finesse, chiseled acidity and persistent saline minerality — wines designed to last and accompany the most refined gastronomy.
