With Predict, you can track all stages of your parcel's journey. During delivery, track your parcel in real time with parcel geolocation. The day before your delivery, you will receive a Chronopost notification by email and/or SMS informing you of the delivery person's visit the next day. A 5-hour time slot is indicated.

Think you'll be away? Send your instructions to Chronopost until midnight:

  • Reschedule your delivery up to 6 days (Saturday included)
  • Request storage at the 5 nearest pickup points (post office, pickup relay or Chronopost agencies)
  • Have your parcel delivered to a chosen neighbor (in the immediate vicinity of the delivery address)
  • Designate a "safe place" where the parcel will be deposited according to your instructions in complete safety.

On the day of delivery, you will receive another Chronopost notification by email and/or SMS specifying a 1-hour delivery window. Again, if you think you will be absent, you can send your instructions to Chronopost, up to 5 minutes before the time slot.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Chronopost will hold your parcel:

When receiving a damaged parcel, please make written, precise and complete reservations on the driver's delivery sheet.
