Robert PARKER - The Wine Advocate
What could be a more suitable champagne to propose with than vintage Dom Perignon? A moderately deep golden colour indicates its age, though not excessively dark in hue. Falstaff
Shimmering yellow, fine but intense bouquet with exuberant fruity notes of mango, passion fruit and a hint of apple. The palate is delicate and fresh at the same time, the overall impression is very convincing, it is a wine of great distinction.

Dom Perignon

Dom Pérignon is a legendary vintage champagne in France. In 1668, a young monk Dom Pierre Pérignon, moved the mission to create the "world's best wine". Such ambition revealed in this young monk thirty years ago, a visionary and extraordinary audacity. The engagement of Dom Perignon is that all the Champagnes must be produced only with the harvest of the same year.

The productions of Dom Pérignon were very popular at that time. When Dom Pérignon died, the price dropped somewhat, but not its popularity. The 1921 vintage is unquestionably the best vintage. Dom Pérignon champagnes are very long aging.
