Domaine Huet
Domaine Huet is a wine estate in the Loire Valley. In the Vouvray appellation, all of Noël Pinguet‘s experience is put to the service of the vine and the wine according to the most natural principles possible, which make it possible to reach perfection. The Huet estate cultivates its vines according to the principles of biodynamics (certified by Biodyvin in 2002).
The cuvées differentiated according to the origins of the terroirs display an exquisite purity that calls for all superlatives. ‘Le Mont‘ has mineral elegance, ‘Haut-Lieu‘ has suppleness with a soft side, and ‘Clos du Bourg‘ is the most structured. In 2006 half of the harvest was eliminated and the result is superb, Chenin purists will be delighted.
