Domaine Huet is a wine estate in the Loire Valley. In the Vouvray appellation, all the expertise of Noël Pinguet is devoted to the vine and the wine according to the most natural principles possible, allowing perfection to be approached. Domaine Huet cultivates its vines according to the principles of biodynamics (certified by Biodyvin in 2002). The cuvées, differentiated by their terroir origins, display an exquisite purity that calls for every superlative. 'Le Mont' leans toward mineral elegance, 'Haut-Lieu' toward suppleness with a tender quality, and 'Clos du Bourg' is the most structured.

In 2006, half of the harvest was eliminated and the result is superb — Chenin purists will be delighted.
