The white to golden-yellow colored 2018 Vouvray Cuvée Constance is deep, very clear, fresh and refined on the slightly smoky nose that is reminiscent of baby pineapples, stone fruits, lemon and quince aromas intertwined with a very delicate flintiness. Playful and finessed in all its richness, this is a full-bodied, highly elegant yet intense, saline and very sustainable Vouvray Chenin with an almost endless finish. The acidity is very finely grained but vital and savory, carrying this brilliant beauty to a very long, intense yet always delicate and stimulating finish. 11.5% stated alcohol. 500-milliliter bottle. Natural cork.

Pale gold hue. Intense but refined nose, the depth of fruit apparent. Very pure with citrus-mandarin and floral notes. Sweetness and intensity on attack but undercut by the acidity to give balance. Again, great purity of flavour. Clean and long with a saline edge on the finish. Remarkable.

Domaine Huet is a renowned winery located in Vouvray, France, in the Loire Valley. Founded in 1928 by Victor Huet and his son Gaston, the estate is famous for producing exceptional wines from the Chenin Blanc grape variety. The Huet family has been crafting wines in Vouvray for over 90 years. They are pioneers in biodynamic viticulture, practicing this holistic approach since the early 1980s. The domaine's philosophy is to produce wines that express the unique character of their terroir. 

The vines are planted on three distinct terroirs:
- Le Mont: a siliceous and clay-limestone soil that produces elegant and complex wines.
- Le Haut-Lieu: a clay-rich soil that produces powerful and structured wines.
- Clos du Bourg: a limestone soil that produces rich and round wines.
