The old vintages of Château Gilette benefit from a certain rarity. Indeed, Julie Gonet-Medeville only sells her wines after twenty years of aging. The yields of Château Gilette are extremely low, between 5 and 10 hl per hectare, and this nectar must be exceptional to deserve the appellation "crême de tête" and spend more than fifteen years in cement tanks before being bottled and sold a few years later.
