Jean-Marc Quarin
(02-1990) Ruby red, lively, brilliant. Slight evolution. Average intensity. Net. Intense and end. Melted, woody and animal nuances. Spice and caramel tips. Net. Intense. Woody notes a little harder. Then evolves favorably. Subtle and fine attack. Development on an intense, fleshy structure, with fine and delicate tactile contact. Tonic and slender evolution, towards a very long, very fine tannin, with tasty astringency, very fruity and racy. Very subtle end of mouth of oval shape. Very long and grilled, flowery, endless retro-olfaction. A lot of class and race. Start to open.
