Château Sociando Mallet

Château Sociando-Mallet is a Bordeaux wine estate located in the commune of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne in Gironde. Sociando-Mallet produces its wines under the Haut Médoc appellation. The estate also produces a second wine called 'La Demoiselle de Sociando-Mallet'. Jean Gautreau's grand vin is not included in any classifications, neither in the 1855 grand cru classification nor in the crus bourgeois. It is one of the great oversights of the 1855 classification, yet its quality places it among the most sought-after wines by fine wine enthusiasts, as evidenced by its annual success in en primeur sales. Indeed, Château Sociando Mallet enjoys a strong reputation among the general public. The grand vin is elegant, with a rich and fruity aromatic palette.

Among the finest achievements, we recommend the Sociando-Mallet 1989, Sociando-Mallet 1995, the Château Sociando-Mallet 2002 and 2005.
