Biodynamie

Biodynamie

Biodynamics is a viticulture practice that uses 100% natural products, from the treatment of the vines to the vinification stages. Biodynamics is based on very precise specifications. Each action on the vine is punctuated by the lunar calendar.

Pioneers of the practice produce unique wines; in particular the Zind Humbrecht estate in Alsace or the Nicolas Joly estate, the Coulée de Serrant in Savennières in the Loire Valley. Other legendary estates have also turned to biodynamics, Domaine Chapoutier in the Rhône, or even Domaine Leflaive and Domaine de la Romanée Conti in the Burgundy region. Finally, in Bordeaux a lot of Châteaux are in conversion, from small estates to Grand Cru Classé such as Château Pontet Canet which obtained its certification in 2010. Discover our selection of wines grown biodynamically, certified by the Biodyvin and Demeter labels or practicing biodynamics for several decades.
