Robert PARKER - The Wine Advocate

Jean-Marc Quarin August - 1997
Jean-Marc Quarin
Dark red. Good intensity. Homogeneous. Slight evolution on the rim. Clean. Medium intensity. Quite complex. Mocha, truffle, very ripe fruit. Supple attack, developing on a round-shaped structure, quite powerful, with a complex flavor of melted fruit with wood. The tannic evolution is firm and quite pronounced. The wine lacks fresh juice. Touch of bitterness on the finish.
