Jean-Marc Quarin March - 1995
Jean-Marc Quarin
Bordeaux red color. Brown. Medium intensity. Evolved. Nose of medium intensity. Animal and very ripe fruity nuance. Clearer on swirling. Intense. Very ripe and slightly vegetal. Hint of alcohol. Soft attack. Develops on a round structure, of medium concentration. The texture loosens slightly in the mid-palate. Then, it's the charm of the caress of a wine without roughness that does its work. The finish has a taste of licorice and tobacco. It's quite fine and complex, above all flavorful.

A delicious, drink-me wine. Dark red, with an amber edge. Ripe fruit aromas, with truffle, meat and earth. Full-bodied, with soft, velvety tannins and a berry, tobacco aftertaste.

Quite pale and diffuse. Simple red wine. Very easy and fruity. At first there seems not to be much structure, then pinched tannins impose a vice-like grip at the end. Desperately needs food.
