Attractive nuances of fresh red cherries, underlaid with strawberry jam, a hint of fresh sponge cake, delicate floral notes (rose petals), mineral touch, a very multi-faceted bouquet. Taut and firm, fine yellow plum fruit, complex, pleasant fruit pressure, incredibly precise with a very long-lasting, chalky, salty minerality. A rosé of extraordinary finesse and delicacy as well as enchanting freshness.

Light to medium deep pink colour with a copper hue and fine vivid bubbles. Pure and fragrant nose with floral hints, citrus, pear, peach and raspberry notes with a hint of fresh butter. Bright and fresh palate, medium weight and good flavour intensity, crisp red fruit with some autolytic notes, fresh butter, brioche and crushed nuts, nice creamy texture yet with plenty of acidity and bite with a long and layered finish.
