Advanced and oxidative aromatics of burned sugar, tons of nutty flavors, a layer of caramel. Bruised pear fruit and apples. Nice intensity on palate which still showed sufficiently fresh while also sporting a fine layer of cream. Bubbles mostly gone, however.
