A very suggestive garnet robe. A substantial bouquet of black fruits (cherry, blackberry), garrigue, spices (thyme, black pepper), licorice... It's complex and pervasive. The palate is equally impressive, displaying magnificent smoothness: some balsamic notes, touches of leather and venison emerge, naturally due to the Mourvèdre. A palate of stunning elegance and sensuality. Beautiful length on the finish. It is clearly at its peak, and there's no point in waiting any longer; it can only decline. A fine representative of its region!
