Château Dassault is a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé wine estate. It is located north of the town of Saint-Emilion in the Bordeaux wine region. Formerly known as Château Couperie, the estate was renamed in 1955 after its acquisition by French aviation billionaire Serge Dassault. Although it was not included in the original 1955 Saint-Emilion classification, the estate finally obtained Grand Cru status in 1969 after about a decade of investments and improvements.

The vineyard extends over more than 24 hectares, north of the Saint-Émilion plateau. These slopes are mainly composed of sandy and limestone soils, planted with 75% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Château Dassault is now part of Dassault Wine Estates, a group of three Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé estates that also includes Château La Fleur and Château Faurie de Souchard.
