Château informations
Chateau Haut Mayne Wines of Bergerac. Regrouped and expanded recently, the field is located on the plateau of Bonneville in the heart of the appellation wines in the country of Montaigne Montravel. Since then, four generations of winemakers have followed on this property. The wines are made according to the current methods of winemaking, maceration, racking, fermentation at controlled temperature. These wines are highly aromatic, velvety in the mouth while being well-structured. They can be drunk young but can withstand several years of aging.
