Château Haut Mayne Wines from Bergerac. Recently consolidated and expanded, the estate is located on the Bonneville plateau in the heart of the Montravel wine appellation in Montaigne's country. Since then, four generations of winemakers have succeeded each other on this property. The wines are produced using current oenological methods, including maceration, settling, and temperature-controlled fermentation. These are very aromatic wines, velvety on the palate while being well structured. They can be drunk young but can also withstand several years of aging.
