The estate has been passed down from generation to generation, remaining in the same family. Count Georges de Vogüé directed it from 1925 until his death in 1987. His daughter Elisabeth surrounded herself with a high-level team, and the wines continue to improve in quality. The wines of Domaine Comte de Vogüé are long-lasting wines that require patience, especially in the best years. Dense, firm, and structured, with exceptional concentration, they develop all their qualities of finesse and delicacy over time. At any moment, they display silkiness and elegance.
