Dark-ruby in color, with wonderful berry, cherry and grapey aromas. Full-bodied, loads of tannins and tons of fruit. Still closed; needs time. Biggest Poujeaux I have ever tasted, except for the 1928.

Dark red. Good intensity. Homogeneous. Slight changes. Bright. Fine. Just. Average intensity. Discreet. Pretty cool. Smoked. Becomes very smoky. Fine and fruity. Attack soft and smooth, developing a rounded structure, the touch of lips rather thin. A small relaxation in the middle palate and it's a shame. The evolution is well balanced tannic, both sweet, firm and very tasty. The wine goes down alone. Good aromatic. It can be drunk and keep. Notice a slight acidity in the final.
