Chardonnay, a floral and feminine grape variety that stands for elegance and finesse, is the distinctive signature of Perrier-Jouët vineyards, with a strong presence of aged vines (average age of 23 years). The delicacy and elegance of this grape variety reveal truly exceptional finesse, fruitiness and bouquet. The Perrier-Jouët vineyards extend over a homogeneous terroir with nearly 40 hectares of Chardonnay, located in the Grand Crus of Cramant and Avize. Surface area: 40 hectares, Average age of vineyard: 23 years
