Jean-Marc Quarin
Dark, intense and slightly evolved color. Fruity and slightly discreet nose. Charming mouth, aromatic, delicious, with taste and a good length, with a fine and subtle grain. Blend: 65% cabernet sauvignon, 33% merlot, 2% cabernet franc

Château Haut Bailly
Château Haut Bailly

The Château Haut-Bailly is a french estate that produce Graves grands crus classés in Pessac-Leognan appellation.

Château Haut-Bailly  is one of the few major properties to produce only red. In 1998, the Sanders family sold the vineyard to an American banker, Bob Wilmers, but Veronique Sanders continues to manage. Tannins wise, almost discreet, a delicate balance, "without anything too" as he likes to say, Jean Sanders, define the incomparable style Haut Bailly. Nothing conspicuous in this wine that embodies the finesse of Bordeaux.
