Château Gloria
The Chateau Gloria was born after the Second World War the will of Henry Martin, then mayor of Saint-Julien, create a well-known property. At his death in 1991, his son Jean-Louis Triaud takes succession. The Chateau Gloria is a 44 ha vineyard in the Medoc, located in Saint-Julien-Beychevelle in Gironde. This is an AOC Saint-Julien. On a floor made of serious günziennes, the vineyard is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon 65%, 25% Merlot, Cabernet Franc 5% Petit Verdot and 5%. It extends over 44 ha. The vineyard is established on a sedimentary rock. Homogeneous surface with a sea of pebbles, the basement reveals a rather complex which makes the variety of wines from St.-julien. . The wines of Le Chateau Gloria have a dark and intense color, the 2006 vintage exudes powerful aromas of black fruits. The palate reveals notes of spice, cassis, and chocolate. The ending is pure and long. .
