Cellar Tracker :Strawyellow color. Upon opening some glue and nail-polish notes, which blew off after some 10 minutes. Then a really lovely mature, even somewhat young Sauternes in the glass. Candied fruits are there, botrytis spice and a noticeable amount of mint. Sweetness and acidity are in balance, and accompanies both the roquefort served with it, as well as the pudding dessert. Lovely stuff. On day two this is a bit more cloying, with the candy flavors taking the upper hand.
