DOMAINE FAIVELEY Merchant and owner - 117 hectares, one of the largest in Burgundy - Faiveley, a family-owned house run by François Faiveley, is a unique case. Tasting wines from certain Burgundian négociants might lead one to think that sound management consists of buying poor-quality wine cheaply from winegrowers and spending a lot of money to say: "We are the best!"
