Falstaff December - 2019
Falstaff
Medium greenish-yellow, silver reflections, fine, well-integrated mousse. Aromas of delicate yellow tropical fruits, a hint of yellow stone fruit, orange zest, nougat and biscuit, interwoven with fine ripe nuances of fresh hops. Juicy, round, delicately nutty, elegant tropical fruit, nuances of mango and pineapple, giving it remarkable freshness.

Wine Spectator September - 1986
Wine Spectator
Really lives up to its reputation; rich and toasty like the Doms of old. Dry and full-bodied, pale gold in color, with fine, slow bubbles, smelling of fresh bread dough and toast. Highly extracted, lemony, toasty, smooth, elegant, clean and crisp, with very good acidity and balance. Long finish.

Dom Perignon
Dom Perignon

Dom Pérignon is a legendary Champagne House and one of the most renowned in the world. In 1668, a young Benedictine monk, Dom Pierre Pérignon, was appointed procurator at the Abbey of Hautvillers. With the ambition to produce the "best wine in the world", he was deeply inspired and his vision revolutionized viticulture with standards that remain the reference for all champagne wines. The House's commitment is that champagnes can only be produced from a single year's harvest.

Dom Pérignon's productions were highly prized at that time. After Dom Pérignon's death, the price decreased somewhat, but not its popularity. The 1921 vintage is undoubtedly the best vintage. Dom Pérignon champagnes have very long aging potential.
