Pale golden yellow, fine perlage. Delicately fragrant brioche notes, ripe pear notes, peach, orange peel and a touch of honey. Juicy, elegant, some quince jelly hints, filigree structure, citrusy, salty-mineral finish, lime aftertaste, great aromatic depth, very youthful, convincing length.

Robert PARKER - The Wine Advocate
Tasted at the Bollinger RD vertical in Paris. There is something regal about the nose: very well defined and complex with just a hint of wild mushroom, more Girolles than Chanterelles with subtle notes of nectarine, stone fruit, marmalade and a touch of lightly burnt toast. The palate is just superb with citrus lemon, Clementine, minerals, crisp lime and a hint of marmalade. It is very harmonious and focused, long and persistency towards the shimmering finish. Spectacular: an RD in fine fettle!

Château Bollinger
Bollinger
The history of Bollinger, founded in 1829 in Champagne in the village of Aÿ, is that of a family who has always passionately defended a unique know-how. The famous "Aunt Lily", who presided over the destiny of the House from 1941, established very strict quality rules that would guide, from then on and still today, the leaders who would succeed her.
