This 1999 RD Magnum is so delicious!! The aroma of dried fruits is the main note, mixed with bursts of floral and spicy aromas. It is extremely complex yet extremely balanced. As the temperature rises, the aroma changes constantly, which is simply not too charming. The bubbles are very fine, not many in amount, and almost invisible to the naked eye, but you can still feel the bubbles on your tongue after entering the mouth. The aftertaste feels lingering.

Bollinger
The history of Bollinger, founded in 1829 in Champagne in the village of Aÿ, is that of a family who has always passionately defended a unique know-how. The famous "Aunt Lily", who presided over the destiny of the House from 1941, established very strict quality rules that would guide, from then on and still today, the leaders who would succeed her.
