Château Beauregard is a Bordeaux wine estate located in Gironde. The estate's vineyard covers nearly 17.5 hectares on the Catusseau plateau in Pomerol. Endowed with a complex terroir of gravel mixed with clay and sand, the grape variety is classic and combines Merlot (65%) with Cabernets for tannin contribution and finesse (30% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon). The creation of a second wine 'Benjamin de Beauregard' already allows one to taste the fruits of renewal. Finally, since 2014, Château Beauregard has been certified organic.
The vintages to focus on are 1985, 1986, the 1989 vintage or even 1990 and 2009. We also recommend the Beauregard 1982, the Château Beauregard 2005 and the Château Beauregard 2006.

Château Beauregard has undergone a vast renovation of the vineyard and cellars undertaken since 1991 by the new owner (Crédit Foncier de France), which should gradually elevate this good Pomerol with great potential to the very top rank of the appellation. The choice of delayed harvests and prolonged maceration (3 to 5 weeks) contributes to this improvement.
