Château informations
In a glass, Roederer moves in a golden atmosphere, carrying little matter. First come youthful aromas of lemons and freshly cut white flowers. Then vanilla rises from the glass. Finally, with age, Roederer releases complex aromas of caramel and chocolate. Its true signature. The secret of these rich and complex aromas? It lies in the dosage liqueur, this precious nectar added directly to the Champagne bottles during their aging. Roederer's champagne liqueur comes exclusively from the finest wines of the house's vineyard, deliberately forgotten in oak barrels for four to ten years. Tasted pure and alone, these nectars could rival the greatest white Burgundies. On the palate, the connoisseur remains fascinated by this wine of great dancer with a nervous and slim body.
