Light red fruits, some cedar and tobacco on the nose. Medium bodied. Red berries on the palate with some leather, some minerals, quite expressive, medium acidity and the remaining tannins are smooth and feather light. Very enjoyable fully mature claret.

Lovely. Dark ruby color. Serious concentration of currant, berry and mineral character. Full-bodied and thick, with lots of fruit, round tannins and a medium finish.

Jean-Marc Quarin June - 1994
Jean-Marc Quarin
Dark red color. Intense and young. Bright. Nose of medium intensity. Fine. Cocoa, licorice and woody notes on a fruity base. On swirling, more marked by the wood and powerful. Soft attack, developing on a straight, fleshy structure of medium intensity, with a woody flavor in the mid-palate. Well-balanced tannic evolution on fruit flavors, sometimes fresh, sometimes more cooked on the finish. Slightly radiant and long persistence reminiscent of prunes in alcohol. Good but not truly complex.
