The vineyards of Château Cadet-Piola was created to half of the eighteenth century. Today, it includes 7 hectares of vines are divided on which 51% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% of Pressac. The vines are aged about 35 years and have their roots in a clay-limestone. Harvesting is done manually and sorting occurs directly up at harvest.
