Chapelle-Chambertin Appellation
Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru is one of the great wines of the Côte de Nuits, at the heart of the prestigious Gevrey-Chambertin vineyard in Burgundy. Produced exclusively from Pinot Noir, this Burgundy Grand Cru appellation stands out for its elegance, aromatic finesse and remarkable ageing potential. The wines of Chapelle-Chambertin develop notes of red and black fruits, violet, soft spices and undergrowth with ageing. Less powerful than some neighbouring crus, it seduces with its balance and complexity. Renowned estates such as Domaine Trapet Père et Fils, Domaine Rossignol-Trapet and Louis Jadot contribute to the reputation of this appellation sought after by lovers of great Burgundy wines.
