Château Château Capbern Gasqueton
Château Capbern Gasqueton
Denise Capbern Gasqueton, also owner of Château Calon-Ségur, gave her name to this neighboring Cru Bourgeois. The estate has 37 hectares of vines with an average age of 35 years, where we find 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 15% Cabernet Franc. As at Calon-Ségur, classic Bordeaux style is the rule at Château Capbern Gasqueton. The traditional vinification process produces fine and elegant wines that represent a model of classic Saint-Estèphe at a reasonable price.
