Château Corbin Michotte Grand Cru Primeur, Saint-Emilion Grand cru. Chateau Corbin Michotte Grand Cru Classe Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Jean-Noel Boidron, owner, has received from his family, Chateau Calon installed â depuis1855, passion for wine. With rigor, Jean-Noel Boidron draw its wines in harmony with nature, plowing vines, pruning, removal of defective clusters, hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts that are followed by farming 12 to 18 months in new oak barrels from Allier. The resulting wines are very balanced, intense color, with aromas of fruit and spice, with tannins present but very delicate. Chateau Corbin Michotte wines to evolve with time providing complex tertiary aromas to the utmost satisfaction of lovers. They are recognized by French and foreign press for their outstanding organoleptic.
