Closiot
Françoise Soizeau, owner of Château Closiot in Barsac, arrived at the estate in 1988. From the outset, she wanted to transform the production facility consisting of 8 hectares of vines, give it its letters of nobility and market the production in bottles. In 1997, to diversify the production offering, one hectare of gravel soil was added to the family's wine estate. Assisted by her husband, Bernard Sirot, Belgian-born journalist in the wines and spirits sector, she continues her efforts today to expand exports while developing a premium wine tourism destination in the heart of Barsac's prestigious classified growth terroir.
