Jancis Robinson July - 2013
Jancis Robinson
Mid ruby. Light, vaguely aromatic/minty nose. Delicate-texture with some slightly astringent tannins and without quite enough fruit to counterbalance them. Fresh acidity and some sweetness on the front palate. Utterly unlike the St-Émilion 21st century mainstream but none the worse for it. Very fresh, dry and relatively lightweight. It's certainly very Figeac-like.

Jean-Marc Quarin February - 2023
Jean-Marc Quarin
Dark color, of medium intensity and evolved. Discreet nose, fruity and spicy. Caressing on the entry and delicately mellow, the wine stretches from the middle. It finishes long, flavorful and even noble, with charm. This is very good. Yesterday's success is renewed.

Falstaff February - 2012
Falstaff
Medium ruby garnet, youthful reflections, delicate rim brightening. On the nose delicate cherry fruit, very restrained bouquet, fine herbal spice. Medium complexity, delicate extract sweetness, red forest berry confit, somewhat open-knit, morello cherries on the finish, yet overall harmonious, a fine food companion.

Tom Cannavan January - 2003

The nose lacks definition, flabby and quite thin. The palate has sturdy tannins, quite minerally but has a green streak running through. Quite compact and easy-drinking in style.
