La Guiraude is simply a barrel selection of Graillot's Crozes Hermitage. The 2015 Crozes Hermitage la Guiraude is darker and meatier than the regular cuvée, offering notes of black cherries, soy sauce and roasted meat. It's full-bodied and dense, packed with flavor and richness, and long and velvety on the finish.

Coup de coeur Guide vert 2019 Notes of black olive and a sanguine character introduce it. The definition is spicy, with notes of chimney hearth. The palate shows concentration and richness, without the tiring aspect of the 2015 vintage. The whole bunch fermentation stretches, counterbalances the richness, and the wine maintains a beneficial sap and tension.

Dark inky purple colour. Modern nose with some new oak, layers of dark fruit, cassis and blackberry with spice box and some meaty notes. The palate has good density and weight, structured with a backbone of fine tannin and fresh acidity, elegant dark fruit, a fine spiciness and a long lingering finish. Structured and potent.
