The field Jouanda (8.5 ha of vines), located on the town Arthez d'Armagnac, belongs to the family Poyferré since the mid-nineteenth century. At the heart of Gascony Jouanda the field is particularly well positioned in the area of the Grands Crus of Armagnac, the region most famous for the production of Armagnac. To develop our Armagnacs we respect a tradition five centuries of production, distillation and aging of brandy in oak casks cut in property. All are vintage Armagnacs, unassembled, non-reduced and bottled in the field.
