Jean-Marc Quarin
(03-1993) Dark red. Good intensity. Brilliant. Nose. Average intensity. Wooded with a toasty note. Fruity (cherry with brandy). Very woody. Attack sharp, flexible and quite ample, developing on a structure of good intensity, rather fleshy and velvety in the middle of mouth. The tannic evolution is fairly well balanced and it ends powerful on a flavor that is rather marked by the wood. Good persistence. Wait.
