Dark red color with a 6mm transitional margin. Drank a glass over 3 hours. I really enjoyed this, very elegant now and so integrated. The nose shows a mix of black cherry, cassis and blueberries, pencil, earth and scorched earth. The palate really brings out the pencil and dark berry fruits, scorched earth, gravel, and a medium body with fine integrated tannins. This is a lovely resolved and mature Bordeaux.

Soft, lush and beautifully proportioned for near-term drinking. Ripe black cherry and currant flavors surrounded by sweet oak in a nicely layered, deep structure.
