 Lichine is on a roll. Better than when tasted from barrel earlier this year, this is full-bodied, with wonderful floral and toasted oak aromas, chewy tannins and a long, fruit- and oak-accented finish. A really fine wine.

Beautiful dark color. Barely evolved. Clean. Medium intensity. It smells of cedar and plum with even slightly exotic notes. After a lovely entry on the palate, the wine tightens due to a slight final acidity and remains simple and austere.
