Jean-Marc Quarin September - 1992
Jean-Marc Quarin
Dark red color. Slightly evolved, crystalline. Of medium intensity. Very beautiful. Intense nose, very ripe. Fruity. Almost candied with an animal hint and a toasted note. On swirling, intense. Very ripe. Linear and soft attack developing on a velvety and extremely juicy tannic structure which evolves on very fine and imperceptible tannins towards a finish with an oval shape where notes of ripe grapes and chocolate persist for a very long time, remarkably combined. A great 85 in the flattering and slightly soft style of the vintage. But God, it's good! Especially at the table. Can be tasted.

Greatness in subtlety. Clearly focused black cherry and vanilla character. It's full-bodied with medium tannins and a juicy, fruity finish.

Château Palmer
Château Palmer

Château Palmer is a wine estate located in Gironde. In the Margaux AOC, it is classified as a third growth in the official 1855 Bordeaux wine classification.

Château Palmer, a grand cru, is a matter of origin in both time and space. The style of Château Palmer, anchored in history and dedicated to expressing its terroir, transcends fashions and trends. To experience its timelessness, there is no better way than to taste it.

The wines of Château Palmer reveal a bouquet of extraordinary complexity where fruits, flowers and spices mingle, wrapped in a fleshy and generous structure. This subtle balance between aromatic richness and tannin power, always restrained, makes it a wine of incomparable charm from its youngest age. Its persistence leaves an intoxicating memory of mixed sensations and emotions.

The best vintages of Château Palmer are 1962, 1971, 1975, 1985, 1989, 1995, 1996, 2004, 2011...
