Toasty, smoky aromas, clean, lively fruit flavors and a touch of maturity complement its depth, elegance, good acidity and lingering finish. Very stylish and easy to like.

Laurent Perrier
Created at the beginning of Nouvelle Cuisine, Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut from Champagne Laurent-Perrier is the "naked" or "unadorned" champagne. This extraordinary champagne belongs to the zero dosage category. It is a true demonstration of expertise and is increasingly appealing to modern wine enthusiasts who are discovering multiple occasions to appreciate champagne. Champagne Laurent-Perrier is composed of a slightly higher proportion of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the LAURENT-PERRIER ULTRA BRUT is made only from wines from years of great maturity. A strict selection of grapes is made to keep only those with both high potential alcohol and low acidity, allowing the wine to achieve the desired balance without adding any dosage. The ideal aging is a minimum of four years. The non-saturating character of Champagne Laurent-Perrier's finish on the palate and its subtle balance make it the most "ecumenical" champagne in the range, a flavor enhancer, ideal from aperitif to dessert. A champagne that can be paired with caviar or seafood, or even foie gras, and why not, a cigar!
