Jean-Marc Quarin
(5-2001) Dark red. Medium to good intensity. Vermilion. Clean. Medium intensity. Interesting for its fruit. Notes of tobacco, wood, caramel. Quite fresh and above all clean. Clean. Good. Pleasant. Soft attack, developing in a rounded manner on a medium-density body, but full of life and juicy.

Château Lascombes
Château Lascombes

Château Lascombes is a wine estate located in Margaux, Gironde. In the Médoc AOC, it is classified as a Second Growth in the official 1855 Bordeaux wine classification.

The 50 hectares of Château Lascombes vineyard (55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 35% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot) benefit from deep gravel terroirs. Every year, Château Lascombes estate practices green harvesting to improve the quality of the wines, achieving greater concentration. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with malolactic fermentation of Merlots in barrels. The wine is aged for 18 months in 60% new oak barrels, followed by egg white fining.
