The estate of the Hospice de Beaune covers 61 hectares of vines of high reputation. These are all the vineyards of choice because each donation, the Hospices have maintained that what was worthy of their reputation. The vineyards are spread over almost all towns of the Côte de Beaune Aloxe-Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-Les-Beaune, Beaune, Volnay, Pommard, Monthelie, Auxey-Duresses, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. . The wines, which once bore the name of their wine, received at the end of last century the names of major donors as a token of recognition of Hospices... Culture methods Hospices de Beaune are those sanctioned by the past experience and that science has modernized for the exclusive pursuit of quality. The high yields are proscribed and red wines are produced exclusively by the "pinot Noirien" which has the reputation of Burgundy. .
